FashMe

Terms of Service

Last updated October 27, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Richard Perry, who operates FashMe from Lansing, Michigan, USA (“FashMe”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use FashMe

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. One person per account. Keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.

2. What FashMe does

FashMe suggests outfits from photos and details you give it, shows stores near you, and lets you chat with and book independent stylists. Outfit ideas come from artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). They may be wrong, repetitive or not suit you. They are suggestions, not professional advice, and prices, sizes, stock and store details are estimates that can be out of date. Store information comes from OpenStreetMap contributors. Always check before you buy or travel.

3. Your AI consent

Using the AI features means your photos and styling details are sent to Google Gemini, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We ask for your explicit agreement first. You can withdraw it in Profile › AI & data, and then the AI features stop.

4. Subscriptions and free trial

5. Stylist sessions

6. If you are a stylist

7. Your content and how you behave

You keep ownership of photos, messages and other content you upload. You give us permission to store, process and show it as needed to run FashMe (including sending it to Google Gemini for AI features you request, and showing chat content to the stylist or customer you’re talking to).

Don’t upload or send anything that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, threatening, misleading or spammy; that shows other people without their permission; or that you don’t have the right to share. Don’t try to break, probe or misuse the app, or use it to collect other people’s data.

You can report a message or stylist profile and block a person in the app. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts. We aim to respond to reports within 24 hours.

8. Our rights

FashMe, its name, logo and the app are ours. You may use the app for your own personal use. You may not copy it, resell it or reverse-engineer it, except as the law allows.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account any time in Profile › Settings › Delete account (see what is deleted). We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put people at risk.

10. Disclaimers and limits

FashMe is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise the AI’s ideas, stylists’ advice, store information or the service will be accurate, uninterrupted or right for you. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for anything related to FashMe is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Apple and Google

If you got FashMe from the App Store, Apple’s standard end-user license terms also apply between you and Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app, its support or your claims about it. Google Play’s terms apply similarly for Android.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Ingham County, Michigan, unless the law of your home place says otherwise.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app before it applies; using FashMe after that means you accept it.
